All cakes are made from my own recipes with fresh ingredients: sweet butter, fresh eggs and creams. Icings and fillings are all made with fresh cream, sweet butter, eggs and European chocolate.  The size and price of your wedding cake will depend on the number of guests attending the wedding. If your cake is served as dessert at the main meal, you will require more cake than if you serve it later in the evening with coffee. You must also consider if you wish to save the top layer for a special occasion or for a "gift opening" brunch.

Cakes can be stacked, or we can use a variety of pillars or stands, even a fountain, to make your cake unique. You can click on the pictures to see more cakes of each style.  Whether your cake is iced with Butter cream icing, or covered with rolled fondant, your cake will reflect the style of your wedding. Browse through the photo pages here, or my complete portfolio at my home in Orillia. Together we can create a cake that is as special as your wedding day will be. You can call me day or evening to book a consultation appointment, to discuss and design your wedding cake. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is due one week prior to delivery. If using any pillars, stands or the fountain, a security deposit is required on these items. This amount will be refunded when they are returned undamaged. There is no charge for delivery within the city of Orillia , other delivery charges will be assessed on an individual basis.
